You will receive an easy to understand report so there's no guesswork involved. You'll also receive colored Site Plan pdfs for clarity, along with 3D views of the Existing & Proposed surfaces and highly detailed Cut / Fill Maps. We provide you with everything you need to impress your clients and win more bids.
Sitework Estimating Service, Inc. uses a 20 item checklist to make sure you have the most accurate model possible. We build Machine Control Models for Trimble, Topcon, Agtek & Leica.
Sitework Estimating Service, Inc. can take raw CAD / PDF files and eliminate all of the clutter. This process transforms raw files into clean, easy to understand layers, ready for your Estimating Department to use for take-offs. All Contours are given 3D values, Pad Elevations are set, Square Footage items will be closed for one click quantity value recall, and an Area of Interest Boundary will be established. All items are layered separately for easy recall during your estimating process.

Gaining valuable experience in both the office and the field has allowed our team to assist it's client's better. We consider our company to be the "Tip of the Spear" for our clients as it all starts with the estimating process to secure projects for their companies. We also take "Time on Target" very seriously which means meeting each client's deadline date to ensure project reports are delivered on time.
